Christopher B. Titcomb is a trial attorney with comprehensive experience in civil and criminal litigation. As a former prosecutor for the City of Chicago, Mr. Titcomb has extensive litigation and transactional experience. Currently, Mr. Titcomb provides aggressive and affordable legal representation to both civil and criminal clients throughout Cook County, Illinois. In addition, Mr. Titcomb is a licensed Illinois real estate broker and has broad knowledge of Illinois real estate transactions, from contract to closing.
As founder of the Law Offices of Christopher B. Titcomb, LLC, Mr. Titcomb’s primary areas of practice include criminal defense, traffic ticket defense, personal injury, real estate transactions, estate planning, bankruptcy, and administrative law.
A graduate of the University of Denver, Mr. Titcomb received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he concentrated in litigation. While in law school, Mr. Titcomb competed in mock trial and moot court and received a “Blue Book Award” for his academic achievement in Advanced Computer Research and Writing.
Mr. Titcomb is licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Dedicated to giving back to the community, Mr. Titcomb participates in several pro bono legal programs, including the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation and the Chicago Bar Association Pro Bono Petition to Rescind Project.
Mr. Titcomb is also an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
